Juvenile Diversion Program Accreditation Update

The accreditation committee has begun reviewing diversion program self-assessment applications and supporting documentation for juvenile court diversion programs seeking court approval. Programs that submitted their application and documentation prior to March 31st, 2011 remain conditionally court approved until they are notified by the Administrative Judge of the Judicial Branch Family Division. Programs will eventually receive a letter from Administrative Judge of the Judicial Branch Family Division advising them on their approval status. Once a program is approved they will be added to a list of “Court Approved” juvenile court diversion programs in the State of New Hampshire. Programs will initially be granted court approved status through March 31st, 2012 at which time additional program information or documentation may be required to maintain that status.
