The New England Youth Diversion Summit Planning Committee is thrilled to open the call for presentation proposals! We’re inviting passionate individuals and organizations to bring forward bold ideas, innovative practices, and powerful stories for this in-person, one-day Summit. Share your expertise, elevate your work, and help shape a day of learning that will ripple across New England.

Important Dates & Information

  • Submission Deadline: Proposals are due by 11:59 PM on January 19, 2026.
  • Submission Method: Proposals must be submitted through the online submission system only.
  • Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
  • Notification Date: Submitters will be notified via email regarding the status of their proposal by February 20, 2026.

Presentation Format

  • Sessions will be in-person only, 75 minutes in length.
  • Virtual presentations will not be offered.
  • Sessions will not be recorded for later viewing.
  • Slides and handouts will not be printed but will be made available to participants online and through the mobile event app if submitted by June 4, 2026.

Preparing your Submission

1. Download or review the 2026 Presentation Submission Guide to review all criteria and guidelines or review info here. 

2. You may find it helpful to download the Submission Planning Form and use it to draft your proposal before beginning the online submission process. We strongly encourage you to download this Microsoft Word version of the form, save it to your computer, and use it to gather required information to fully develop your proposal.

3. When your proposal is ready to submit, copy and paste the information from your planning form into the Online Submission System. Please do not email the Submission Planning Form. All proposals must be submitted through the online system to be considered.

You will have the ability to begin your online submission, save your progress, and return to it prior to submitting. You will have the ability to make edits until January 19, 2026. 

Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed or considered.
