Showcase your organization and reach attendees even if you can’t be there in person. This option includes an 18” x 30” display area in a high-traffic zone of the event and optional use of (1) standard brochure holder; (1) 8.5” x 11” literature holder; and (1) business card holder

How it works: Simply ship your materials, and our team will set up your display on Monday, June 8th just in time for the Welcome Reception. At the end of the Summit, you can choose to have leftover materials recycled or returned to you (return shipping charges may be required for bulkier items such as swag or booklets).
Please note: This option is reserved for organizations not sending a representative to the event but wishing to maintain visibility with our Summit audience. Some restrictions and exceptions may apply—please inquire for details.

Set Up | Noon – 5:00pm
Welcome Reception | 5:00 – 7:30pm
Exhibits will be open during the Welcome Reception.
Tuesday, June 9th
Set Up | 6:30am – 7:30am
Exhibit Hours | 7:30am – 3:15pm
Break-down| 3:15pm – 5:00pm
All exhibits must be set up before 7:30am.
MONDAY SET UP & WELCOME RECEPTION
The Welcome Reception is a complimentary event for sponsors, exhibitors, and Summit participants and will take place within the exhibit area.
While exhibitors are not required to be fully set up or present at their tables during the Welcome Reception, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this added opportunity for exposure and informal networking.
Please note that attendees will have access to the exhibit area during the reception. If you plan to set up your exhibit on Monday but will not remain for the Welcome Reception, we strongly recommend securing all swag, materials, and valuables and not leaving them on your tabletop.
EXHIBIT SETUP & BREAKDOWN
All exhibitor booths must be fully installed, staffed, and prepared to welcome conference participants no later than 7:30am on Tuesday, June 9th. Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the designated booth setup period and Welcome Reception on Monday, June 8th. Booth breakdown may not begin before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. Early breakdown of booths may result in your organization not being able to participate in future events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this schedule.
