About Granite Edvance
Our mission at Granite Edvance is to support New Hampshire students and families in navigating their education and career pathways. Granite Edvance (formerly the New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation, or the NHHEAF Network) has been helping New Hampshire families plan and pay for higher education for over 60 years. We support students of all ages, backgrounds, and pathways to find their direction and fund their future by providing free career and higher-education counseling and resources as well as funding support, including loans, grants and scholarships.

that operate throughout New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
Our continuum of care model offers support to children and families of all ages. Our spectrum consists of Day School Educational Services, In-Home Community-Based Services, Short Term Shelter Care, Short Term Assessment, Therapeutic Residential Care, Enhanced Residential Treatment, Sub-Acute Care, Enhanced Sub Acute Care. About NH DCYF Foster Care Program
New Hampshire’s Foster Care Program serves children and youth who cannot safely remain at home, providing temporary care, stability, and support while families work toward reunification or other permanent options. Across the state, there is a critical need for foster and adoptive homes—especially for teens and youth involved in the juvenile justice system, who often face greater challenges in finding stable, supportive placements. Our goal is to expand the network of caring adults and families who can step in to support these young people. This includes not only foster and adoptive homes, but also mentors and visiting resources who can build meaningful, lasting connections with teens. By partnering with communities across New Hampshire, we aim to raise awareness, strengthen local connections, and ensure that every young person has access to supportive relationships and opportunities to thrive. We invite you to join us in this effort and help create a stronger, more responsive network of care for youth across the state.
About NH Outright
New Hampshire Outright is a non-profit dedicated to serving, supporting, and advocating for LGBTQ+ youth and their families across the state. Programs include direct youth programming (weekly groups), caregiver supports, community education, events, and much more.

About NH Tobacco Prevention & Cessation Program
Cigarette smoking is the number one cause of preventable death in the United States and New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program (TPCP) is dedicated to the implementation of a comprehensive program designed to reduce the prevalence and consumption of tobacco use in New Hampshire. The TPCP’s primary goals are: prevent NH youth from beginning to use tobacco; eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke; promote quitting tobacco among users; and prioritize efforts to reach those most affected by tobacco.

About Opioid Response Network
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-funded Opioid Response Network (ORN) provides urgently needed educational resources, training and consultation. We are helping to address local needs at no cost amidst the current overdose crisis. ORN provides training and education focused on opioid and stimulant use disorders. Our work is community driven and delivered by local, experienced ORN Consultants embedded in and working with individuals and organizations in every state and territory. We are enhancing the workforce and building sustainability with the support of our coalition of national professional organizations representing 2 million constituents across public health and public safety.
