Projection equipment, including laptops with sound capability and a clicker, will be provided in each presentation room. You are also welcome to use your own laptop if preferred. We cannot guarantee compatability with personal equipment nor can we provide technical support for personal equipment.

Microphones
If your room is equipped with microphones, we kindly ask that you use them to help ensure your session is accessible for all participants. Microphones have been assigned based on room size, anticipated audience size, and/or accessibility requests from registered participants.
Presentations & Handouts — Due June 4
Presentation files and any handouts intended for posting online or in the event app for participant download must be submitted no later than June 4.
Files received on or before June 4 will be made available to participants through the event app. We will make every effort to upload files received after June 4 and before the Summit in time for participant access; however, we cannot guarantee availability before the event. Files received after June 4 will be posted within one week following the Summit.
Please remember to bring your presentation on a USB/thumb drive. While submitted files are made available to participants for download, they are not used as the presentation file during your session.
How do I send my files to you?
Upload your files using this link: Upload files here
Presentation files must be converted to a PDF prior to upload. Up to 4 additional supplemental items may be uploaded and should be PDF, jpg, jpeg, png, doc, or docx.
Do I need to bring my presentation with me on a thumbdrive?
YES – You are still required to bring their presentation files on a thumb drive for onsite use during their session. The files that you are sending in advance are for posting online ONLY. We will not have your presentation files to access onsite.
Am I required to send these in advance?
Providing a version for participant download is strongly encouraged, as access to presentation materials is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive at the registration desk when files are unavailable. Files sent after June 4th will not be uploaded until after the Summit.
I am restricted from providing a copy of my presentation-what do I do?
We understand that there are circumstances in which presentation materials cannot be shared publicly. In this case, we have found it helpful to write “Handouts not available” within the session materials section of the app and website. If this is the case, please let us know.
Assistance During Your Session
Each session will have assigned Session Attendants to assist both participants and presenters. Volunteers will assist with participant sign-in/sign-out, help you get settled before your session, provide timekeeping support if needed, and assist with any session logistics.
