Student Scholarships
A limited number of student scholarships are available for New England high school and college students interested in youth diversion and related fields.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through May 22, and scholarships will be awarded until funds are fully allocated.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
Registering for the Summit constitutes an agreement to pay the registration fee, whether or not you attend the event. If you know in advance that you cannot participate, you may transfer your registration to another individual (see Substitutions, Transfers, & Credits below).
Payments must be made by credit card at the time of registration. Check payments will be accepted through May 22, 2026. After this date, only online payments will be accepted.
All check and invoice payments must be received by 5:00 PM on May 29, 2026. Entry to the Summit will not be permitted until payment has been received or other arrangements have been made with the Event Manager.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 PM on May 22, 2026 to receive a refund. Cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee. Written cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after May 22, 2026 or for failure to attend the Summit.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will only be issued to the individual or agency from which payment was received. Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
Substitutions, Transfers, & Credits
Registrations may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. To request a transfer, please email [email protected] and include the name of the original participant and the name and email address of the substitute participant.
Transfers cannot be processed via email after 5:00 PM on June 5, 2026. In extreme circumstances, such as illness, substitutions may be processed onsite at the discretion of the event organizers.
A credit in the amount of the registration fee may be issued for use toward a future Summit in the case of:
Credit requests must be submitted to [email protected] by 7:30 AM on June 8, 2026 (24 hours before the event). Requests made after this deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Failure to attend without notification will be considered a no-show and a credit will not be issued.
Notice to Participants Regarding Photography & Recording
By registering for the Summit, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken during the event and may be used by the NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network for educational, promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes in print, digital, and social media formats.
Force Majeure & Liability
Force Majeure
The New England Youth Diversion Summit organizers shall not be held liable for failure to hold the event as scheduled due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, government regulations, public health emergencies, pandemics, labor disputes, venue unavailability, transportation disruptions, or other emergencies.
If the Summit must be canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Registration fees may be transferred to a future Summit. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and any non-recoverable expenses incurred.
Liability
By registering for and attending the Summit, participants acknowledge that they are attending at their own risk. The NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property while attending the event.
