ABOUT THE 2025 SUMMIT
Over 150 participants gathered at the 2025 NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network Summit for two impactful days of learning, connection, and inspiration.
The Summit featured speaker Erika Sasson, a New York City-based attorney who has spent the last twenty years creating space for difficult conversations and reimagining how we relate to one another in the aftermath of harm. Her work focuses on piloting restorative frameworks to address complex harm, including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and homicide.
Participants also had the pleasure of hearing from Josh Shipp, a nationally recognized youth empowerment expert. A former at-risk foster youth turned advocate, Josh shared his powerful story and highlighted the life-changing impact that caring adults can have in the lives of young people.
The Summit was filled with engaging moments—from comfort dog snuggles to 18 phenomenal breakout sessions led by local and regional experts. Sessions included hands-on activities—one even involved a game of hot potato!
Attendees gathered around the Ribbon Wall to exchange funny badge ribbons, shared thoughts on the Reflection Wall, and worked together on the Community Puzzle Board.
And let’s not forget the food! Attendees enjoyed bottomless coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and delicious lunches, including a fan-favorite Taco Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, the scent of fresh popcorn wafted through the venue, adding an extra touch of comfort and fun.
The NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network Summit Planning Committee thanks everyone who attended and looks forward to seeing you all next year!
