PAYMENTS
Registering for the Summit constitutes an agreement to pay the registration fee, whether or not you attend the event. If you know in advance that you cannot participate, we can transfer the registration to someone else if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. See “Substitutions & Transfers” below.

  • Payments must be made with a credit card at the time of registration. Check payments will only be accepted until May 20th; thereafter, credit card payments will only be accepted.
  • All check and invoice payments must be received by 5pm on May 30th. Entrance to the Summit will not be permitted until payment is made or other arrangements are made with the event manager.
  • Payment arrangements can be made by contacting the event manager at [email protected] or 657-332-3317.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations must be received in writing by 5pm May 30th, to receive a refund. They are subject to a $15 processing fee. Written cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after May 30th or for failure to attend.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will only be issued to the person/agency for which payment was received.
  • Please allow up to 60 days to process refunds.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS & TRANSFERS (FOR ANY REASON)

  • You can transfer your registration to someone else if you cannot attend. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and let us know who will participate in your place. In the email, include the name of the original attendee and the name and email address of the substitute attendee.
  • Transfers must take place by 7:30am on June 8th. Additional details will be provided at the time of the request.


CREDITS
We will give you a credit in the amount of your registration fee to use for the 2026 Summit registration fee in the case of:

  • A death in your family;
  • A sudden hospitalization of you or an immediate family member;
  • A severe illness requiring immediate medical attention; OR
  • A contagious disease such as COVID-19 is contracted and not recovered from before the event.
  • You must request your credit or transfer by writing to [email protected] by 7:30 am on June 8th (24 hours before the event starts). Requests made after this deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Failure to attend without notification, even for the reasons stated above, will be considered a no-show, and therefore, a credit will not be issued.

  

COVID-19
If you exhibit signs of COVID within two days of the Summit, you should get a COVID test and attend only if it is negative. If you must miss the Summit due to COVID, contact the Event Manager at 657-332-3317 (call or text) or [email protected] to request a transfer or credit.

 

PARTICIPANT NEEDS

Accommodations
It is important that the Summit be accessible and welcoming to all individuals. If you need live captioning, ASL interpretation, or another accessibility service, please be sure to indicate it in your registration form or send an email to [email protected] as far in advance of the event as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you have questions or want to confirm that we have received your request, please contact us at [email protected] at least two weeks before the event. We will try to meet all accessibility requests, but late requests may not be fulfilled.

Lactation Room
A Lactation Room is available at the Summit. Please indicate on your registration form that you require the use of the space, and we will ensure you are provided with details when you check in.

Dietary Needs / Food Allergies
It is important that everyone has an enjoyable day and can participate fully. This includes enjoying refreshments and meals. All meals are buffet-style, and we try our very best to accommodate all dietary needs and food allergies. Please be sure to indicate your needs on your registration form. If we have questions or are concerned with the venue’s ability to accommodate you, we will contact you to discuss a solution.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION
Generally, weather is not an issue in early June. However, emergency notifications, delays, or cancellations of the Summit would be sent via email to the email address that participants use at the time of registration as well as being posted on the event website, https://nhcourtdiversion.org/summit/

ENTRY INTO THE EVENT
The event organizers and event managers have the right to ask for proper identification of attendees before or during the event and, at their discretion, deny entry to the Summit activities based on lack of appropriate identification. Event organizers may refuse entry or participation in the event based on behavior deemed disruptive or detrimental to the health or safety of the event organizers, event staff, venue staff, exhibitor representatives, or other participants.

PHOTO & RECORDINGS NOTICES
By registering for an event, you agree to be photographed, included in video recordings, or otherwise recorded for NHJCDN’s promotional purposes.

Additional Photo and Recordings Notice Specifically for NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network Summit (Permission to use your image, voice, and other materials)

NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network Summit is being presented by NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network, and their agents, employees, and sponsors to be referred to as the “Event Organizers”.

By registering for this event:

(a) You grant the Event Organizers a non-exclusive right to access and use your personal information, name, likeness, real-life story, voice, and materials you provide to Event Organizers, including photos, videos, emails, documents, and other items to be referred to as “Participant Materials” to include in media, productions, and presentations by the Event Organizers, and in any related advertising or publicity, worldwide, in perpetuity, and to publish your image and/or voice, as it may be recorded at the event.

(b) You give the Event Organizers permission to copyright, use, or publish your Participant Materials individually or together with other photography, video works, or recordings, in any medium (including print, broadcast, or web-based media) for any lawful purpose, including trade, exhibition, illustration, publicity, advertising, and electronic publication.

(c) You waive any right to inspect or approve an Event Organizer’s use of your Participant Materials, or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with their use or publication.

(d) You agree to provide truthful, accurate information to Event Organizers and to cooperate and collaborate with them in using your Participant Materials.

(e) You authorize Event Organizers to use your Participant Materials, without limitation, for research, marketing, and promotion on social media, for creative campaigns, and other uses. An Event Organizer can use your Participant Materials in any manner, in whole or in part, composite or distorted, alone or along with other material or text.

(f) You waive any right of approval and any claim to compensation arising out of any use of your Participant Materials. You waive any right to enjoin or interfere with producing, distributing, or exploiting your Participant Materials. Event Organizers have no duty to use your Participant Materials.

(g) You release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Event Organizers from any liability arising from their use of your Participant Materials, including claims in the nature of copyright infringement, defamation, slander, false light, invasion of privacy or publicity, or the like.(h) You agree that:

  1. you will not disparage Event Organizers in connection with the use of your Participant Materials;
  2. your Participant Materials will not constitute libel or defamation or an invasion of the rights of privacy or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party;
  3. the permission you are granting binds you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns; and
  4. the permission you are granting will be governed by the State of New Hampshire law.
